This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all bookings made with NETrips, operated by Solvixan. By booking a trip, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation by Participant

Cancellation requests must be submitted through official NETrips communication channels.

  • Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial refunds.
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
  • No refunds for no-shows or failure to join the trip.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, where applicable, are processed based on operational costs, vendor commitments, and trip arrangements already made.

  • Refund amounts may vary depending on cancellation timing.
  • Service charges and booking fees may be non-refundable.
  • Refund processing time may take several business days.

4. Cancellation by NETrips

NETrips reserves the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to safety concerns, insufficient participation, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Participants may be offered rescheduling options.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be determined at NETrips’ discretion.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refunds for mid-trip withdrawal.
  • No refunds for removal due to misconduct.
  • No refunds for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.

6. Force Majeure

NETrips shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergencies.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on banking channels.
  • NETrips is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
