Welcome to NETrips. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and trip participation. By booking or joining any trip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
NETrips is operated by Solvixan, a registered MSME under the Government of India. All bookings, operations, and transactions are managed by Solvixan.
By participating in any NETrips experience, you confirm that your participation is voluntary and you understand that travel involves inherent risks including but not limited to: accidents, injuries, road conditions, weather changes, terrain, delays, or unforeseen events.
You expressly accept and assume all risks associated with travel, including personal injury, illness, loss of property, delays, or disruptions. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NETrips, its owners, employees, partners, drivers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, death, loss, theft, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from participation in any trip.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full or partial payment must be made to secure a seat. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation without notice.
Prices may change without prior notice due to fuel costs, operational changes, or external factors. NETrips reserves the right to modify itineraries, timings, or inclusions for safety or operational reasons.
Trip routes, schedules, and stops are subject to change based on traffic, weather, safety conditions, or unforeseen events. Participants must cooperate with any such adjustments.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, behavior, and health condition. NETrips is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the trip. Any medical conditions must be disclosed in advance. NETrips is not responsible for any medical issues arising before, during, or after the trip.
Misconduct, intoxication, illegal activity, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the trip without refund. Participants must respect fellow travelers and local laws.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, voluntary cancellations, or removal due to misconduct.
NETrips may use third-party providers (transport, hotels, etc.). We are not liable for service issues, delays, or failures caused by third parties.
NETrips does not provide travel or medical insurance unless explicitly stated. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance.
Participants agree that photos/videos taken during trips may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless written objection is provided prior to the trip.
NETrips shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to events beyond control including natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, or road closures.
Participants must be 18+ to travel independently. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian who assumes full responsibility.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Assam, India.
By booking or participating, you confirm acceptance of our Trip Consent, Liability Waiver, and Risk Agreement as outlined in our official document.
